  • How can I figure out what size storage unit I need?
    • Figuring out exactly what size storage you need can be difficult. What we suggest is to come by our facility and have a look. We are always happy to show prospective tenants the sizes we have available and will try to help you figure out what bests works for you. We also have a storage estimator under our online resources that can help as well.
  • What is the difference between regular storage and climate control?
    • Regular storage units are traditional pull up storage units. You pull straight up to the unit open the door and have access. They are not heated or cooled and temperature inside the unit will vary based on the outside temperature.
    • Climate controlled storage units are going to be inside of a large building and are heated and cooled. You are not able to pull a car or truck directly up to the unit but to an access door and will have to walk down a hallway to get to the unit. Our climate facility is a single level was designed to short hallway distances.
    • We generally compare a regular storage unit to being like storing you things in a detached garage and a climate controlled unit to being like storing it in a room in your house. We tend to recommend climate controlled storage for storing, antique furniture, high-end electronics, or if you know you will be storing for over a year.

    • You supply your own lock to put the unit. We sell locks in our office for $10 (sales tax is incorporated into the price) but you do not have to use our locks and can bring your own. We ask that all units have a lock on them as soon as you put anything in the unit.
